Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

The Return Process

Receive Your Shipping Label: Once your return request is approved, we will promptly email you a pre-paid return shipping label.

Ship the Item: Securely package the item with all its original components and attach the provided label. Please drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.

Receive Your Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
