SECTION 20 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
Upon confirmation of delivery at the specified shipping address, the risk of loss for the goods passes to you. We are not liable for any loss or damage to the goods after delivery has been completed. Our standard shipping service does not require a signature upon delivery unless specifically requested and paid for. It is your responsibility to ensure the secure and timely retrieval of packages upon delivery.
Each order is covered by shipping insurance up to a maximum of $100. In the event a parcel valued over $100 is lost or damaged due to the carrier's fault, and such fault is formally acknowledged by the carrier, we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. The compensation amount will be determined by the carrier's assessment, not exceeding $100. Any compensation will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the payout from the carrier.
